Creating a balanced diet for PD

BalanceThis section of the website contains information about the different elements that make up a balanced diet, and how to ensure healthy eating throughout the day. These ideas can be simply fitted into the daily routine in place of (not in addition to!) the current eating habits of a person with Parkinson’s disease (PD). However, any specific dietary concerns should be mentioned to the doctor or PD nurse, who may recommend speaking to a dietician.
